Are you celebrating Cinco de Mayo this year?  I will take any opportunity to enjoy some good nachos.  I plan to put some chicken breast, rotel and taco seasoning into the crock pot first thing Saturday morning and make myself a big plate of nachos for dinner.  Don't forget if you want to make yourself a nice bowl, you can use the
